All windows and doors equipped with dark glass from Germany (Schüko) are made of plastic with a steel core.

The plot is surrounded by a concrete base, a stainless steel fence and a stainless steel gate (electric) from the facade.

A well (well) with the highest quality water has been drilled to ensure water supply. Drinking water supply is made of aluminum with a plastic coating, resistant to pressure up to 10 bar and water temperature up to 90 °C.

Internal equipment:
Five spacious apartments in the main building are fully furnished. Each apartment has a kitchen from the German brand Starmark.

All bedrooms are equipped with King Size beds and air conditioning. The living rooms have cosy rattan furniture.
