Here you can enjoy an excellent combination of tropical style with modern elegance in a calm and relaxing atmosphere created by innovative architectural design and a harmonious combination of modern and natural furniture.

The surrounding untouched jungle will give a complete feeling of harmony with nature. If you want to feel in civilisation, there is an exclusive international club Nikki Beach nearby, as well as several Thai restaurants and bars along a quiet road.

Step inside the villa and enjoy a stunning view of the sea from the panoramic windows; open the windows and hear the sound of the sea. Even on a rainy day, the villa has a special charm, as you can feel the splashes of the surf just a few metres from your patio by the sea.

The villa has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room overlooking the sea and a spacious open-plan living room. Access to the second floor is through a beautiful wrived staircase. Here you will find 2 large double bedrooms with bathrooms, as well as a living room with a sofa and TV, located in the centre between them. Both bedrooms can be considered master bedrooms; both have panoramic sea views and their own bathrooms, and the master bedroom in the gallery has its own spacious jacuzzi. Bathrooms deserve special attention for their stylish design and spacious layout.

On the ground floor, to the left of the villa, there is a separate stylishly furnished bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom and satellite TV. It offers stunning views of the ocean thanks to specially designed doors that open to the central covered passage.

In the centre of the villa there is a main recreation area, ideal for relaxation and entertainment. This is a carefully thought-out and decorated area with large comfortable sofas. In addition, there is a satellite TV and an excellent selection of movies suitable for viewing for both adults and the youngest viewers. Nearby is the main recreation area with large and comfortable seats and access to the pool terrace and outdoor dining area. On the right there is an exquisite dining area with a large teak table.

The large infinity pool is located parallel to the ocean and has direct access to the beach. The terrace around is ideal for outdoor recreation and entertainment, it is a great place to sunbathe and enjoy the perfect sunsets of Koh Samui.
