The project is located in Nai Harn, Phuket, and covers 3-3-25.4 Rai (6,101.60 sq.m.) of land. It consists of three residential buildings, each with seven storeys, and offers a total of 285 units.

Prices vary depending on the unit’s size and location:
• Studio apartments (36 sq.m.) are priced from 3,940,000 to 5,200,000 THB.
• One-bedroom apartments (54 sq.m.) are priced from 5,940,000 to 7,600,000 THB.
• Two-bedroom apartments (90 sq.m.) are priced from 10,800,000 to 12,600,000 THB.
• Three-bedroom apartments (94 sq.m.) are priced from 10,810,000 to 13,160,000 THB.

FEES AND CHARGES
All registration taxes, including Stamp Duty, Business Tax, and Withholding Tax, will be covered by the Developer. The Transfer Fee is paid by the Buyer directly to the Phuket Land Office and is calculated at 1.1% of the purchase price for leasehold and 3.3% for freehold. These rates are subject to change by local authorities.
The maintenance fee is 80 THB per square meter per year, collected in advance for one year, and covers security services, facilities maintenance, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and reception services.
A sinking fund of 1,000 THB per square meter is required as a one-time payment.
Installation fees are 10,000 THB for electricity and 10,000 THB for water to connect to the main suppliers.
Utilities are charged separately: 7 THB per electricity unit and 50 THB per cubic meter of water.
All buyers are required to obtain valid home insurance from a licensed insurance company.
