YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You must be at least 18 years of age to contact Agencies through our Site and to ensure that the information you provide is accurate. Real estate advertisements on our Site are posted by third party Agencies, who are responsible for the accuracy of the information relating to the properties they advertise and for the direction of inquiries. It is the responsibility of Prospective Buyers to ensure that the property descriptions displayed are accurate, and it is the responsibility of Agencies to ensure that the property descriptions displayed on our website are accurate and complete. We post real estate information on behalf of Agencies in good faith and do not verify it. The property advertising pages on our website do not contain details of the property and must be available directly from the Listing Agent. 3. DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY The site and its contents are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not provide you with any advice (investment, financial or otherwise) in relation to any content on our Site. In addition, we do not provide guarantees: • suitability for any purpose, compatibility, reliability, accuracy, completeness, access or use, quality of the Content posted on our Site; • relevance of the Content posted on the Site; • continuous operation of the Site, without interruptions / without failures. Any real estate valuation estimates found on our website are for general informational purposes only and should not be used for any commercial transactions or similar use.
